Babibelz Street Drumming Band
With an average age of 13, Babibelz is a street samba youth drumming band and goes about Scotland playing for school gala’s and charities etc. Babibelz came about from the adult band Dezibelz and through the Scottish Arts Council Young Scot Action Fund were able to get drums and drumsticks which mean people of all sizes and abilities can use it as well.
They bought skakers for young kids to join the vand and with the new equipment, it has meant more variety of people coming from all the schools in Aberdeen.
Babibelz want to continue to expand the band and get more beginners in to make even more noise!
