Arts Across the Curriculum Resource Publication 2008

The Scottish Arts Council wishes to commission a suitably qualified individual or organisation to gather evidence/information and write a resource publication for Arts Across the Curriculum.

The Arts Across the Curriculum project, funded by the Scottish Arts Council, the former Scottish Executive’s Future Learning and Teaching (FLaT) programme and seven Scottish local authority education departments, set out to examine the results of a creative teaching and learning methodology which allows teachers in all subject areas to plan and teach alongside artists, delivering the curriculum using the arts as a catalyst for learning.

The Scottish Arts Council now requires a resource publication that will share best practice/case studies from the project and provide guidance and advocacy for using cultural activity and creativity to deliver the curriculum.
